Rob Palardy

Rob Palardy is in his third year at Lesley University Athletics as the Sports Information Director for the school's 12 varsity sports.  Rob graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Sport Management from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst Isenberg School of Management. 

While finishing up his degree with the Minutemen, Rob worked in the marketing and public relations department for Global Spectrum's MassMutual Center in Springfield, MA.  He spent one year developing pre-event marketing strategies, planning public relations events, and communicating all show information to the media. 

Prior to his experience at Global Spectrum, Rob assisted the UMass-Amherst's Sport Management department in preparing for the New Balance Soccerfest, a two-day event geared towards raising soccer awareness in Western Massachusetts as well as training Sport Management students on event management skills.

Rob has also worked for the Toronto Blue Jays Double-A minor league baseball team, the New Hampshire Fisher Cats in their group sales and operations department.  In this role, Rob helped recruit and coordinate a variety of community groups and organizations to fill out the stadium.

Since becoming SID at Lesley University, Rob has been an active member of CoSIDA, the College Sports Information Directors of America, and ECAC-SIDA, the East Coast Athletic Conference Sports Information Directors Association.
