From the Office of Sports Medicine

In conjuction with the Cambridge Health Alliance, the Lesley University Athletic Department is dedicated to providing the best possible sports medicine treatment for all athletes.  Through the use of the new athletic training room at Lesley University as well as the facilities at Buckingham Browne & Nichols, our athletic trainer serves the nearly 140 student-athletes on campus.

In accordance with the goals and values of Lesley University and the Department of Athletics, the staff will provide comprehensive sports medicine care to all varsity athletes at the university.  This service is critical to assist student-athletes in safely reaching athletic and personal goals through sport.  The sports medicine program will also serve as a source of information to athletes, coaches and families in many aspects of the overall health and wellness of student-athletes.

The sports medicine staff will treat each athlete on an individual basis with emphasis on prevention of injury and safe return to participation.  Individuals are guaranteed fair and equal treatment without regard to factors such as, but not limited to, race, gender, religion or ability.  It is the goal of the sports medicine staff to facilitate immediate and long-term wellness of its athletes.
