Janet Judge educates on hazing and social networking

November 19, 2008
CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – Janet Judge, a 1985 graduate of Harvard University, presented the dangers of hazing and social networking to the Lesley University student-athlete population on Tuesday evening. Her discussion focused on the publication of incidents related to the poor decisions made by student-athletes across the nation and the consequences of those decisions.

Softball players earn NFCA academic honor

STARKVILLE, Miss. – Lesley University softball players Lani Cabral-Pini (Wilmington, Mass.), Alicia Pari (No. Providence, R.I.), and Georgia Saltzman (Lynn, Mass.) were honored by the National Fastpitch Coaches Association (NFCA) for their academic achievements during the 2007-2008 year with the girls got game/NFCA All-America Scholar-Athlete award.

BEVERLY, Mass. – The Lesley University men’s basketball team overcome a six point halftime deficit to defeat Wentworth Institute of Technology 77-74 in the second game of the season for the Lynx. The Lynx even their early 2008-2009 record to 1-1 after an opening loss to Endicott College at the DIME Magazine Tip-Off Invitational.
