    New London, CT. - Lesley University baseball were swept by Mitchell College during a New England Collegiate Conference (NECC) doubleheader on Tuesday afternoon at Alumni Field. Lesley came up short in the first game 10-0, followed by a Mitchell win, 7-6. The Lynx fall to 7-22, and 5-7 in conference action. Meanwhile, Mitchell College improve their record to 27-6 overall, and 11-1 in NECC play.

    Dudley, MA. – Lesley University baseball dropped a non-conference game versus Nichols College on Thursday afternoon at Nichols Baseball field. The Bison pulled off an 11-2 win over the Lynx. The Lynx drop to 7-20 on the campaign, while Nichols improve to 18-13 overall on the season.

Meanwhile, Elms move to 4-18, 2-4 in conference play.

    Milton, MA. – Lesley University baseball were on the wrong end of a 29 run thriller against Curry College, on Thursday afternoon. Curry used 17 hits to post 16 runs to win, 16-13, over Lesley. The Lynx fall to 6-17 on the season, while Curry move to 9-14-1 on the season.

Meanwhile, Dean College improve their record to 8-13 overall, and 5-1 in NECC play.

    Henniker, N.H. - Lesley University baseball earned split against New England College in New England Collegiate Conference (NECC) DH at Laurie Cox Field. Lesley scored three runs in final inning to take game 1, 5-4. In game two, NEC used a seven run second inning to control the game for a 10-2 win. The Lynx improve its record to 6-13 overall and 4-2 in conference play. Meanwhile, NEC move to 15-7, also 4-2 in conference play.

    New London, CT. - Lesley University softball turned in two wins during doubleheader against Mitchell College on Saturday afternoon at Alumni Field on the campus of Mitchell. In game one, Lesley posted a 5-0 win, while in game two the Lynx held on to a 7-5 victory to complete the series sweep. The Lynx improve to 15-9 overall, while it moves to 4-2 in New England Collegiate Conference (NECC) action. The Mariners move to 7-10 record on the season, 0-4 in conference play.

    Worcester, MA - Lesley University baseball came up with sweep in a New England Collegiate Conference (NECC) doubleheader versus Southern Vermont College on Sunday afternoon at Granger Field on the campus of Clark University. In Game 1, Lesley were able to win a pitcher’s duel 5-3. While in game two, the Lynx offense jumped on the Mountaineers for an 11-9 win. Lesley improve to 5-12 on the year, 3-1 in NECC play. Meanwhile, the Mountaineers sit at 6-10-1 on the season, posting a 1-3 conference record.
  • Baseball Splits Conference Opener

    Quincy, MA. - The Lesley University Lynx open up New England Collegiate Conference (NECC) play with a split double header against the Eastern Nazarene Lions. The Lions took game one 4-1 and the Lynx picked up game two 6-4. After the day the Lynx move to 3-12 overall and are now 1-1 in conference play. The Lions are now 10-7 overall and are 1-1 for NECC play.

    Northborough, MA - Lesley University baseball were on the wrong end of two close games against Northern Vermont University-Lyndon. Game 1 ended in a sliding play at the plate, as Lesley were beaten 1-0. Game 2 say the Lynx go long twice, but fall 5-2. Lesley drop to 2-11 on the year, while NVU-Lyndon improve to 5-13 on the season.
  • Lynx Drop Game 1 in Extra Innings, 7-6; Burst For Three Homers In Game 2 Win, 9-1

Mitchell, who has won four of the last five NECC Championships under head coach Travis Beausoleil, tallied 80 points and eight first place nods.
