    Mayo's Late Game Heroics Propel Lynx to Semifinals to Face #2 Becker Senior guard Devon Mayo (Newport News, Va.) sent the Lesley University men?s basketball team back to the New England Collegiate Conference (NECC) semifinals for the first time in six years, Tuesday evening. Mayo drained a three-point jumper with three seconds left on the game clock as the third seed Lynx defeated the sixth seed Regis College Pride, 69-68, in the first round of the 2017 NECC playoffs.

The Lynx improve to 14-10 on the season and tie a program record for the most wins while senior guard Devon Mayo (Newport News, Va.) recorded his 1,000th career point, tallying a game-high 16 points.

    Gibson, Men's Basketball Rally Past Norwich NEWTON, Mass. – Lesley University junior Will Gibson (Melbourne, Fla.) came off the bench and poured in a team-best 14 points to lift the Lynx to a 61-60 victory over Norwich University in their 2017 opener. Gibson finished 5-of-5 from the field and drained all four of his three-point attempts, including one from deep with just over a minute to play in the game that put the Lynx up by one.
