Stephen Siragusa enters his first season as the Head Coach at Lesley University in the spring of 2020. Prior to arriving at Lesley, Siragusa was an assistant coach at Wentworth Institute of Technology for one season, where he helped guide the Leopards to a conference semi-final appearance. Prior to Wentworth, Siragusa was an assistant coach at Lesley University for two seasons, where he helped guide the Lynx to two NECC Tournament births and a semi-final appearance in 2017 for the first time since 2014. Siragusa spent his first 6 seasons of coaching as an assistant coach at Curry College in Milton. In his six seasons at Curry, he helped lead the team to Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) Quarterfinals four times. He was responsible for scouting and recruiting, as well as helping implement a study hall for the student-athletes twice per week during the season.
Siragusa is a 2011 graduate of Lesley University and was a four-year starter for the Men’s Soccer program, captaining the side his senior year. The Lynx made the conference tournament all four seasons and he was named to the All Conference team in both his junior and senior year. Arriving in just the second year of the program, he helped turn the Lynx into a conference-title contender after just two seasons, and was part of a defense that held opponents to 0.68 goals per game his senior year.
Since 2017, Siragusa has been working with SFC Winchester, where he has worked with both the 2007 Boys and 2002 Boys teams. He is a member of the United Soccer Coaches (USC) and United States Soccer Federation (USSF).
