KEENE, N.H. - The Lesley Men and Women's Cross-Country teams raced in the Early Bird Invitational, hosted by Keene State College on Saturday afternoon at Keene State Athletic Complex. Eleven total teams raced on both sides, with the Lynx earning 10th for the women's team in a two-mile course, and 10th on the men's side during a 5K course.
INSIDE THE MEET:
- Springfield, Fitchburg St., and Eastern Conn. State rounded out the top three teams for the men's side, while Springfield, Mount Holyoke, and Keene State claimed the top spots for the women.
- Senior Kayla Ranere (Danbury, Conn.) cracked the top 50 with the Lynx best time of 14:04.01, for 47th place. Morgan Anderson (Bedford, Mass.) followed behind with a time of 16.31.5.
- On the Men's side, Vladimir Mendoza (Somerville, Mass.) posted the best time for the Lynx with a 21.04.4. Ethan Merians (Larchmont, N.Y.) crossed next for the Lynx with a time of 25.21.7.
